Glow in the flow

Valerie's dress reminds me of fight fishes with large, vivid colors flowing fins. So this is why I included two fishes in the composition. I've spent a lot more time then I'd expected on this piece, but get to test my limit a bit and also experiment on things that I didn't get much chance to draw before which is fun!
